At GetDirections, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for bookings or transportation services made through our platform.


1. General Rule

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur any charge.


2. Late Cancellations

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the full fare may be charged or a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the service provider’s policy.


3. No-Show Policy

If the passenger or client does not appear at the pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.


4. How to Cancel

5. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation of an eligible cancellation.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original booking.


6. Modifications

Changes to a booking (such as time, date, or destination) are subject to availability and must also be requested at least 24 hours before pickup.


7. Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to review cancellations on a case-by-case basis in the event of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, public transport strikes, or emergencies).
